The food was lovely, staff friendly and everything really clean! The place was really well looked after and had a lovely atmosphere. Breakfast was amazing, with both a small buffet and mixed menu to pick from; they were also really helpful at catering for some allergies that they weren't pre-warned about and gave several alternatives.

Location although out of bath was good and with free parking a bonus for people travelling to the city. Building was beautiful and welcome pack with sweets and biscuits and water much appreciated Staff were very friendly and very helpful

I received a wonderful welcome at Bathen House. All the staff were unfailingly cheerful, helpful, charming and efficient. My room and bathroom were large, comfortable and well-appointed. The restaurant is simply excellent. I tried breakfast, dinner and room-service sandwiches. Everything was beautifully prepared and presented. The venison at dinner was a revelation - dense, tender and juicy. Even the smaller details, such as scrambled eggs, were excellent. I also appreciated the comfy lounge with honesty bar. The availability of parking in Bath is a real plus. I shall return!

- Really lovely staff. - Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. Looked just like the pictures. The bed was extremely comfortable. - Fridge in room with still and sparkling water and also canned drinks. - Welcome sweets and biscuits which were a really nice touch. - Free car park. - Great location. 8 -10 mins drive to the city centre or you can take a 25-30 minute walk which is mostly a straight path. I enjoyed the walk. There is also a bus service, but I didn't use it. - The full English breakfast was delicious. Also a nice selection of fruits and pastries available.

Bathen House Boutique Hotel exceeded all my expectations, the beautiful photos and reviews made me choose this hotel and it blew me away. Me and my mum couldn’t fault anything, it was beautifully clean and the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We even got upgraded from a King Room to a Junior Suite on arrival and we was blown away with how amazing the room and the views were. The location was perfect and so peaceful and only a 10 minute bus ride into the main city centre. The breakfast was amazing and the honesty bar we loved! I could not fault this hotel, I can’t wait to come back!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was quiet despite being straight off the stairs. The bathroom was well appointed with a lovely bath. There was a good choice of options at breakfast and the food was very good. It was great to have parking on site. We enjoyed the walk into the city centre although some might struggle with the long uphill walk back!

Beautiful room (deluxe), exceptionally clean with a very comfortable bed and gorgeous bathroom (bath was to die for). Evening meal was expensive but very nice indeed. Staff were very friendly and went out their way to make sure you have everything you need. Thank you Franchesca for your warm friendly & helpful manner (& for writing out bus times : ))

The room was very spacious with a king size bed and a couch. It had a television with subscriptions to Netflix, Amazon, Disney+ etc. The entry to our room was direct from outside the property, yet was very safe. We had the breakfast included, and it was totally worth with long list of inclusions. The best part was the service we received from the staff. They were really warm, welcoming and friendly; and made us feel very homely. Special thanks to Ms. Francesca who was very helpful throughout the stay. She explained us everything about the property and helped us with a list of places to visit and things to do in Bath. We are very satisfied with the service and would definitely consider Bathen House whenever we visit Bath again.

Me and my partner stayed for the one night for my partners birthday. We was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. Our room had some complimentary scatter birthday balloons which really went a long way. We stayed for the evening for a sit down meal and the food & service exceeded our expectations! Our whole stay just felt completely in our comfort zone! Thank you! We would highly recommend! P.s the bath was so unique! 👌 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room boasted high ceilings and ample space, complemented by blackout curtains guaranteeing a restful night's sleep. While not situated in the city's heart, its proximity to a nearby bus stop made it conveniently accessible. The peaceful ambiance of the area made a leisurely 2-mile stroll to the city center quite appealing. Attention to detail was evident throughout, with pleasant and intriguing decor featuring soothing neutral tones. The spacious bathroom was a highlight, though I regretted not having more time to indulge in it. Overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming and hospitable, akin to being at home. I enthusiastically recommend this place for a delightful stay.
